All participants must arrive at least 30 minutes before their scheduled round and are expected to maintain discipline and sportsmanship throughout the tournament. Players should bring their own chess clocks and boards if specified by the organizer. Matches will follow the FIDE (World Chess Federation) rules unless otherwise stated. Each game will be played with a fixed time control (e.g., 30 minutes per player), and players must make their moves within the allotted time. Failure to do so will result in a loss by time forfeiture. Pairings will be made using the Swiss-system, and the number of rounds will be announced based on the number of participants. Players are not allowed to use mobile phones or electronic devices during play; doing so may lead to disqualification. In case of a tie in points, tie-breakers such as Buchholz, Sonneborn-Berger, or head-to-head results will be applied. Decisions made by the tournament arbiter or chief referee are final and binding. Any disputes should be raised immediately after the game to the tournament officials. Cheating of any kind will result in immediate disqualification.
